Account Manager

To make it easier and cheaper for our customers to compare, understand and buy life insurance.

Work as a team with a Client Manager
To build the initial relationship with the customer over the telephone
Go through the policy the customer has requested and explain the different products available
To explain our products to the best of your ability so that our customers get a better understanding of the products available to them
Using our quoting system to find a suitable policy for the customer
To use your own skill in providing discounts to customers while still achieving commercial revenue targets
Asking customers question to ascertain if they have any medical conditions of lifestyle behaviours which would affect the outcome of an application
To work as a team with a Client Manager to ensure that the customer is placed with the correct insurer for their needs
Manage time effectively so that any callbacks can be made at times agreed with the customer
